I wanted to start with "WHY" I do what I do!
Growing up, I was never educated on financial literacy. I had no clue what a mortgage was or how credit worked or the stock market. My parents instilled in me great values of integrity, honesty and to treat others as you would like to be treated. And I have lived that way my entire life. However, they did not know much about the financial system and how it worked. So, I made it my purpose to become a financial expert. And I am on a mission to educate individuals about homeownership and financial independence.
I started in the financial services industry back in 2008 after graduating from Belmont Abbey College in NC with a Business Management Degree. I've worked at some of the most prestigious investment firms in the world such as, Morgan Stanley, New England Securities A Metlife Company, Wells Fargo and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch.
I began my mortgage career at Bank of America in 2012 as a Loan Officer. Then, in 2018 transitioned to a Wealth Management Loan Officer at Merrill Lynch assisting over 60 Financial Advisors and their high net worth clients in the southern gulf states. After doing that for almost 2 years, I decided to transition to Geneva Financial LLC which I took on more of an independent role as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer.
In this role, I have the ability to help more clients from all walks of life. We have a plethora of mortgage loan products that can benefit most if not all of your financial needs. So with that being said, I would love to have the opportunity to educate you on this process.
